Loan:
To provide loan funding for the improvement, refurbishment, or acquisition of village hallsand community centres in rural England.Eligible costs include: extensions, rebuilding costs, refurbishment, upgrading of facilities, land, professional fees and equipment. Financial support of up to £20,000, exceptional applications of over £20,000 will be considered.
Necessary Qualifications of Applicant:
Management committees, not for profit, or charitable organisations that run village halls.Must also represent members of the local community with a population of no more than 10,000 inhabitants.
