The UCP project seeks to measurably improve the efficiency, competitiveness and growth potential of SME's in Cornwall through the placement of graduates in companies to undertake business development projects. With the help of Convergence funding they can provide training, mentoring and up to a £6,000 wage subsidy towards the salary of your graduate and provide assistance with other project costs.
