KEAP is an arts education partnership with a mission to engage the whole community in creative learning through the Arts. It aims to provide the tools to support teachers and creative practitioners to undertake this work through information, support and guidance; it advises schools on working with artists of all disciplines; and it supports artists and arts organisations in developing their education work.

Kerrier District Council is the Local Authority for the Kerrier area.
